Sculpture is any activity by which art objects are given a three-dimensional shape. Since its origins, it has been closely linked to other arts, included architecture or painting, and has increased in popularity in recent centuries. In Balclis, specialised in sculpture auctions, it plays a key role. Due to its typology, materials and function, there is a wide array of sculpture modalities. In Balclis' Sculpture Department there are various specialists who, in collaboration with international experts and academics, offer a wide range of art works, from Romanesque to Contemporary Art.
